Jochen Neustifter, 48, opened after stints at the Tanglberg restaurant in Vorchdorf, in the restaurant
Waldschänke in Grieskirchen and Jo's Restaurant and Catering at Do&Co in Vienna in
Vorchdorf. Only a short time later, the Upper Austrian's creative cooking style was
Gault&Millau bonnets and à la carte stars honored.

Topic tavern culture. Together with two third classes, he runs classes in Gmunden
the “Salzkammer-GUAD” in Haus Rosenkranz (former Gasthaus zum Rosenkranz,
closed since 1979). On selected dates, the pop-up restaurant is still open until
