Christoph "Krauli" Held
Christoph “Krauli” Held, 38, is a trained chef and took over the Siriuskogl excursion inn in Bad Ischl at just 21 years of age.
Since 2020, he has also been a TV chef with the format “Held und Herd” in various
Watch TV and online formats. As part of the European Capital of Culture Bad Ischl
Salzkammergut 2024 brings Christoph Held his expertise in a school project to

Together with class 4hLA of the Bad Ischl Tourism School, he operates in Bad Ischl
the “Genusslabor” at Bad Ischl train station in the former station restoration. Die
